Biodiesel. It’s been around for hundreds of years and ever since it hit the market on 1853 took off as the statistical leader of "most effective gasoline type (. While many today look to the future of renewable energy resources, there is another controversy brewing. One that has been brewing for quite a long time as a matter, in the last twenty years, automotive biodiesel specialists have been pressing that biodiesel fuels and engines are a much more cost effective source then utilizing diesel fuels and engines. The counter argument? Biodiesel calls for harming the planet at a rate that could potentially destroy the planet for later generations permanently. However, recent studies have revealed that if we slowly but surely start the transition to making more biodiesel fuels and engines that the planet might not harmed permanently, more like a really long temporary injury (roughly 50 years to 70 years, depending on the production). Therefore, it is my pleasure to inform you readers of the positives and negatives of biodiesel fuels and engines in comparison to diesel fuels and engines.
First, we need to know how it came to be in existence. Well, it is a long cycle of names that begins with Rudolph Diesel, this man was educated at the predecessor school to the Technical University of Munich, Germany. In 1878, he was made aware of the work of Sadi Carnot, who had a theory. Her theory was that an engine could achieve much higher efficiency than the steam engines. Carnot was the one with the vision. A vision of a cycle in which gases were compressed, heated, allowed to expand, and then cooled. After the gas was cooled, the cycle circles around and begins again. Diesel decided to apply Carnot’s theory to the internal combustion engine. After working for a bit, Diesel found that the efficiency of the Carnot cycle increased with the compression ratio, in other terms, he found that the ratio of gas volume at full expansion became equal to its volume at full compression....
