Introduction

Our team decided to open a sport centre in one of the biggest urban city of the World, Mexico City. After some research we determined that we will be able to make success with this business in Mexico, because today a lot of people are willing to look after their health and beauty. The city is big and international; it is the most populated metropolis buti t is also known to be very dangerous and therefore our possibility for a good business is bigger; The city doesn't provide enough safety to practice sport in open air, therefore we will provide the people a way to practice sport with safety and many different kind of ways.

We will start small and after with the time, getting experience with our work and depending how much success we will make, we will grow our business.

The sport centre will be located in a more high society lay, called Polanco. There are mainly business building , Shopping malls, Restaurants and Schools.

We believe that our business won't suffer a lot of competition, while there are no sport centres near yet.

Our objective is to motivate people to be sport active. We want t show how important it is to work out your body for many reasons, but mainly health reason. Like for example for stress, overweight, high cholesterol, etc.

Here after we will expose all the aspects concerning Polanco, our target market and our business concept.

Marketing

Our fitness centre will be located in Mexico City which is one of the biggest cities in the world. This establishment will help the business people to release their stress. That's when culture of free time is booming a lot. We spend a lot of hours working so we need to give people the chance to pursuit their leisure with sports.
