More and more "medicines" are being produced/discovered by doctors and medicinal companies, mainly with the economic growth of the company in mind rather than the well-being of the person. Things such as chemotherapy, unnecessary surgery, and so on are to blame for millions to even billions of excess spending in this country. Can this be reduced? Many people around the nation, even around the world, agree that there have to be different cures rather than expensive operations that cause much stress and wasted time. For two examples, acupuncture methods and aromatherapy are two highly disputed alternative treatments/cures to diseases, cancers, viruses, conditions, and etcetera.
As was said first, acupuncture can be used to cure or treat many, many things. Insomnia, anxiety, stress, or used just for relaxing; these are just a few of the things that it's used for. Doctors may say that the only way of curing these symptoms is with a prescription, a drug, rather than an actual treatment. The fact of the matter is, however, that Chinese methods can be much healthier than anything else. Generally speaking, the body already has all it needs to maintain its own health and well-being. This may be slightly off at times, as in imbalanced, but that happens to everyone. The Chinese have found a way to direct the energies it needs back to where they are supposed to be to correct this imbalance, rather than pumping drugs into the body for the same thing with more expense and side effects. Acupuncture, however, usually is much easier on the body, healthier, natural, and has side effects on only extremely rare accounts (in which case, the side effects are minor anyway). But of course, insurance doesn't cover it, and if it does it's very rare.
Aromatherapy is another alternative medicine that has been found to cure or treat things such as depression, again. Aromatherapy is very safe. Since most oils that are used are used in massages, little of the oil actually gets...
