Assignments Innobus

By carefully watching the company tours and the interviews you will learn about a Canadian bus building company called Innobus. You are challenged to find out about it’s present strategy, operations and problems. In the course of this block – after having analysed the present situation - you will have to come up with possible solutions and suggestions for improvement in order to attend a more desired situation for Innobus.

The assignments will be divided in two parts. Available time for Part One 3 weeks.
You will work on the assignment in a team of four.
Assessment will take place on the basis of a report (+ 12 pages) and a (powerpoint) presentation (max.20 minutes) in week 8 of this block.
You are supposed to be present for teamwork during the hours scheduled for the integrative case.
In the instruction colleges you will train your skills in solving cases through working on a selection of cases from the textbooks. By reporting on these exercise cases you will be able to earn a bonus of max. 10% on the result of the final individual written exam.

5. What’s the position of Innobus in the supply chain?
6. What problems and risks does Innobus encounter in the current situation?
