About Me

I love taking up challenges! I believe that my greatest challenge would be learning how to apply my knowledge to the professional line. This involve planning, decision making and there are more concerns about the consequences of our action.

However, I believe that I have the ability to take up the challenges. In fact, I believe that I'll be able to settle into Deloitte life and become an outstanding worker/accountant.

In addition, through the training, mentoring, support and program provided my Deloitte, I believe that I can better achieve career success!

Recently, I have learnt about the "power of words". It means how the words we use can influence ourselves and others. Words have strong power- e.g. if we were scolded or insulted by someone, it is most likely that it will affect our mood for the day.

Therefore, I make an aim to try to use nice words by focusing on the good qualities of others. My personal experiences, when someone really get into my nerves, I tried think about how nice they have been to me or the good memories we had. It is really amazing because by changing the way of thinking, I no longer have the anger towards the person and naturally, I can control the words I use. It is a way to happiness and respect to others too.

Another things I've learnt is to be grateful to everything good or bad. For example, offer gratitude to our food, to the person who might have hurted you because in a way he/she might help me to grow into a stronger person. By doing so, I realised that I am more optimistic, positive and complain less.

I hope that by doing so, people around me can be happier and also realise that we should really be grateful for everything.

I believe that the values of Ernst&Young are the basic values that people should have. In fact, they are what I've been practicing all these while. For example, always show respect for others and be honest. They are just part of us.
