Abortion Debate

We intend to show that an ethical case can be made against abortion. The Constitution clearly supports a “right to life” agenda via three of its primary themes. They are; benefits of the doubt, all people are created equal and Hierarchy of Rights.
Abortion is the deliberate termination of the life of a prenatal. An abortion is not a miscarriage.
• Termination of pregnancy and expulsion of an embryo or of a fetus that is incapable of survival.
• Any of various procedures that result in such termination and expulsion. Also called induced abortion.
• The premature expulsion of a nonviable fetus from the uterus; a miscarriage.
• Cessation of normal growth, especially of an organ or other body part, prior to full development or maturation.
• An aborted organism.
• Something malformed or incompletely developed; a monstrosity.

A large misconception is that life only begins when the child is born, but in reality life because when it is conceived.

According to willisms.com out of 1000 women of reproductive age 39.1 of them are from New York. Out of the 9 states that are listed New York has the highest number. That number represents a large number of people that never had the chance to live their life. Now for teenage abortions according to Fredonia.edu the rate of 10,000 females from 10-19 is ridiculously high. In 2000 the number is 98. Granted that is lower then some of the other years but that is still high.
Beginning at day 12-18 the fetus begins to have a heart beat. There for if you decide that you do not want to have this child that you are now responsible for, you are going to wind up killing a human being. Thos who are not against abortion feel that the fetus is not a human being until is has been born, but how is that different? You have a heart beat while you are in the womb just as you do outside of it.
