Bob Joe (defendant-slave trader)
Guard
Setting:
Virginia Court of Slaves

The Defendants and the prosecutors enter the court room.(sit) The Audience of the courts walk in and takes a seat.(sit) Lastly, the Judge enter the court room and takes a seat.(sit)

Guard: Welcome Everyone To the Virginia Court of Slaves. There are rules and regulations in this court. If you break them it may lead to you getting kicked out of this court.

Judge Jack: Bob Joe, I hear you are tormenting your slaves by starving them, and any other possible way. This is a crime against the human race. If by any chance we find evidence to prove that you are guilty, we will not tolerate any beggings to let you go free. If you want to plead guilty to this case now, the punishment won’t be as harsh as when we find out you are guilty
Bob Joe: (angrily says) No your honor! I am right. I do not need to confess because I know I am right.
Judge Jack: I assume that we are going to continue this case due to the fact that he does not want to plead guilty by any means. Can the Lawyer # 1 please plead your case.
Lawyer #1: Sure your honor, Mr. Joe has been torturing these poor African American slaves too much. He has killed to many black slaves. I think that because of breaking a law of committing murder against humanity, this impotent man should be sentenced to prison for his wrong doing and his crime against humanity. I can prove that this powerless man is wrong.
(Olaudah Equiano enters the room)
Judge Jack: Mr. Equiano, so how are you a piece of evidence to this case?
Lawyer #1: Mr. Equiano was a slave aboard one...
