Course description Entrepreneurship course covers the following issues: entrepreneurship and its evolvement, concept of SMBs, dynamic role of small business, ways to start-up new enterprises, forms of business ownership, the business idea, the business plan, ways to finance SMBs and financing sources, new company management, strategic and operative planning for a new business, risk management, leadership activities, company growth management, management of innovations and changes, new opportunities for business. Course objective The course of the Entrepreneurship is established in order to study the start-up of new businesses, their development and management principles as well as to gain know – how for establishing, organizing and managing own business, develop capabilities for locating, analyzing and implementing business ideas, to learn how to develop traits, characteristics of entrepreneurs and comprehend one‘s own abilities for independent development of a business and to ingrain information about the environment for successful functioning of small and medium sized business (SMB).
