I think that a lot of times when people are put into a position of power it changes them. People who tend to think that they have something to prove by making quick decision in order to make their presence known will suffer some consequence in the end. The worst consequence is when your ego is shot down and you or others begin to doubt you.

I think that this statement is important because there are people that are in a position that may not suite them. If there is an opportunity sometimes the person that you least expect to do a great job will be the one that surprises you. This quote also applies to the hiring process some people chose not to hire young or older generation people.You should hire someone based on what they bring to the job and not based on if you will hire or not due to age.

I think everyone who looks for a job hopes that their job will be fun. Some people will settle because they feel that it is impossible to find a job that you will love unconditionally.
